- do not overwrite /var/lib/pgsql/.bash_profile while the base RHEL 7
postgresql-server package owns it; restore it where els1 replaced it and take it
over only when that package is removed (triggerin / triggerpostun)
- register the /usr/bin and man-page alternatives quietly next to the base
postgresql package and re-create the links when that package is removed
- pg_upgrade: ask the old cluster whether it knows unix_socket_directories
instead of assuming the singular GUC for 9.2 (RHEL 7 backports the plural into 9.2.24)
